Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has shared her reaction after her daughter, Michelle, revealed that she does not want a big wedding.
Gkingmusik reports that Mercy made this known after a recent phone call with her daughter, where Michelle stated that she would prefer a quiet and simple celebration.
The actress, who has always shown open affection for her daughter, appeared surprised by the request and took to Instagram to express how she felt.
She called on her online supporters and the women who follow her page to help her speak to Michelle, saying she was still trying to understand why her daughter chose a small ceremony.
Mercy also tagged Michelle in the post as she tried to get a response from her.
She wrote: “So I just got off the phone, and the last thing Michelle said is Mummy, please, I don’t want a big wedding, oh! Please, as online mummies and as my fans, please help me reply her. @michelleio__ Dey play”.
Meanwhile, Big Brother Naija star Queen Mercy Atang has confirmed that her marriage to David Oyekanmi has ended, following months of public speculation about their relationship.
The confirmation came after a follower admired her beauty and asked if she was still married.
Queen responded that she is single and not available, clearing every doubt about the state of her union.
