As Nigeria marks this year’s Children’s Day, Sir Azuka Okwuosa (Chinyelugo), the 2025 APC Anambra South Senatorial Aspirant, has extended heartfelt greetings to the children of Anambra South Senatorial District, describing them as the pride of the people, the foundation of tomorrow, and God’s precious gifts to humanity.
In his Children’s Day message, Sir Okwuosa emphasized the critical role children play in shaping the future, stating:
> “You are our pride, the source of our joy, and our assurance of a continued and prosperous lineage.
You are our hope for a better tomorrow — our most valuable investments and the mirror through which we envision the future.”
He acknowledged the divine value of every child and expressed deep love and appreciation for them, praying that God continues to bless them with good health, happiness, wisdom, and guidance.
> “May you grow to be obedient, kind, compassionate, and loving. Study hard and make us proud. Your dreams are valid, and your future is worth fighting for.”
Sir Okwuosa also assured that his senatorial aspiration is deeply rooted in the desire to secure a brighter and more equitable future for every child in Anambra South.
> “Be assured that my senatorial ambition is for you. It is so that opportunities — in education, health, innovation, and leadership — will be available for you to explore and to excel.
We cannot afford to sacrifice your future on the altar of frivolous sentiments. That is why we are resolute in our march towards victory at the polls — because you deserve the best that governance can offer.”
He concluded by reaffirming his commitment to the children and to building a future that will empower them to thrive:
